I check my email client very regularly. Usually, once an hour. I will always try to reply to my emails reasonably quickly. As for postal mail, I check my box on Mondays and Thursdays. Since I have to go outside, and take a bus – I can only do this twice a week. This will mean if I send any postal mail, it will be sent likely on Mondays or Thursdays. If I have to go out for another reason in between, I will try to remember to drop the letter off in a mailbox.
