Mail resources aren’t intended for short messages. Usually, the resources in this site is intended for you to write a paragraph or two. When I write an email, or postal letter – I will try to provide as much detail to my communications as much as possible. If you reply with just 2 sentences, then that would discourage me from writing to you. If you wish to communicate very short messages, then I would recommend that you look into my IM Resources
